We are dedicated to protecting your privacy. The information collected about you is used to process orders only. When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to contact you of your order status—for example through a confirmation notice. We do not share credit card information with third parties except for the purpose of processing payments for products you've ordered and as required by law.

How do we keep your customer information safe? When you place orders or access your account information, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.

We are devoted to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.


We ship order daily via USPS. During high volume times, order may take up to 48 hours to ship. All orders ship USPS First Class Mail unless the order is over $75, in which case it will ship Priority Mail. In some cases a signature upon receipt is required.

We are not responsible for any customs duties payable on International Orders. Kindly check import duties before ordering if you are located outside of USA.

If a parcel is refused by you and returned to us, we will issue a refund for the products in the parcel. Postage is not refundable in this instance.

Returned items must be in re-saleable condition, in original packaging and free from defect.

We make every effort to accurately pick and check your order before it leaves our warehouse. If however we have mis-shipped an item please contact us at:

Products must be in their original condition, count, weight and packaging. We do not accept returns on the following products:

  • Opened pre-packaged or bulk products
  • Items which were discontinued at the time of purchase (clearance items)
  • Partially returned items (for instance, returning 2 of 3 clasps when the original pack contained 3 clasps)

For a discretionary returns, the original postage will be withheld.  Should the purchase previously qualified for free shipping, a restocking fee will be applied to cover the original shipping fee.

RESELLING Customer shall not, directly or indirectly, including through any agents, distribute, market, sell or solicit items ordered from Beads Direct USA on any of the Amazon selling platforms, including, but not limited to,,, and Customer further agrees not to distribute, market, or sell items ordered from Beads Direct USA to any person if the Customer has any reason to believe that products will be sold by such person, directly or indirectly, on any Amazon selling platform.
