S-LON FIRE

This is a pre-waxed, braided bead thread consisting of gel-spun polyethylene, which is known as the strongest fiber, per diameter, ever created. It has an unbelievably high tensile strength and is recommended for various bead weaving and jewelry making projects. Because this is a super strong material, we recommend using sharp, precise scissors for cutting the string. However, the thread can also be burned instead of snipping. The thread does not stretch, or tangle.
