Q: Are you open to the public?
A: While any member of the public can shop on our website, our warehouse is not open to the public.

Q: How quickly do you ship?
A: Your order should ship within 1 -2 business days - we ship orders every day Monday through Saturday

Q: Why was an item removed from my cart?
A: When an item that has been placed in your cart sells out before you check out, the system will automatically remove the item from your cart.

Q: Why is my discount coupon not working?

A: Coupon codes are case sensitive. Excluded from all discount coupons as items on clearance (marked down 60% already) and all Potomac products such as AVA and IrisDuo's (due to MAP agreements)
