Size 8/0 round seed beads fit easily onto 18 gauge wire and .024 beading wire. They can be used with any size beading needle and thread.

Our tall 6" tubes holds approximately 27 - 28 grams of beads depending on the shape of the bead and it's color. Matte/frost finished beads are slightly lighter and smaller because the tumbling process removes some glass from them, whereas metallic finishes adds a fraction of weight to each beads, so you get a few less or more beads per gram depending on the finish.
