Conditions of Use

We ship orders daily via USPS. During high volume times, order may take up to 48 hours to ship. Orders ship USPS first class mail. Orders over $75 ship Priority Mail and may require signature upon receipt. Returns Please email us at shop@beadsdirectusa.com for a return authorization number within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in re-saleable condition, in original packaging and free from defect. We make every effort to accurately pick and check your order before it leaves our warehouse. If however we have mis-shipped an item please contact us at: shop@beadsdirectusa.com We'll arrange to ship you right away and provide a postage label to return the mis-shipped item. Products must be in their original condition, count, weight and packaging. We do not accept returns on the following products: Opened pre-packaged or bulk products Items which were discontinued at the time of purchase (clearance items) Partially returned items (for instance, returning 2 of 3 clasps when the original pack contained 3 clasps) For a discretionary returns, the original postage will be withheld. Should the purchase previously qualified for free shipping, a restocking fee will be applied to cover the original shipping fee. Customer shall not, directly or indirectly, including through any agents, distribute, market, sell or solicit items ordered from Beads Direct USA on any of the Amazon selling platforms, including, but not limited to, Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, and Amazaon.co.uk. Customer further agrees not to distribute, market, or sell items ordered from Beads Direct USA to any person if the Customer has any reason to believe that products will be sold by such person, directly or indirectly, on any Amazon selling platform.
